Free Bi-Weekly Online Gathering
Release Your Anxiety
A bi-weekly 20-30 minute Sunday gathering for stressed and overwhelmed professionals to breathe, reflect, and find your footing again.
We will peruse different approaches from coaching, somatic practices, pain-release supported by inputs from psychology and neuroscience so you can try out what works best for you.
The gathering doesn't require you to speak or share. You can choose to stay off camera if you wish. Just focus on being present and avoid distractions for yourself.
A schedule with upcoming themes will be shared on this page and through the sign-up newsletter. You will be asked to answer a short poll in the beginning and at the end of each gathering to vet the impact of the session.
