Notice the early signs before you are fully caught in the spiral. We identify your triggers, your pattern, and the ways anxiety shows up in work, relationships, and decision-making so you can stop feeling blindsided by it.

Understand what's underneath
Look at what anxiety is trying to protect you from, and begin to soften the fear that keeps you stuck. This helps reduce catastrophizing, bring more perspective, and reconnect you with your own inner resources.

Interrupt the spiral in the moment
Practice simple techniques for body and mind that you can use when anxiety rises. You will leave with one grounded method you can actually reach for when you need it most, especially in stressful work moments.

Build more choice and control where anxiety has been running the show. You leave with a clearer sense of what helps, what you need, and how to move forward with more steadiness and self-trust.
