Each session blends coaching, embodiment, and integration - so what you learn lands in your body, not just your head.

    How and when does anxiety show up?

    Recognize the early signals - before you're caught in the storm. We name your triggers, the cycle they create, and build shared language so you stop carrying it alone.

    Gently facing what you fear

    Small, manageable steps to lower the magnitude of anxiety. We soften catastrophizing, uncover other layers of truth, and reconnect to your inner resources.

  3. 03

    Interrupting the anxiety rush

    Practice real techniques - in body and mind - that you can reach for in the moment. You'll choose one method to make part of your daily rhythm.

    Making uncertainty feel steadier

    Open up choice and control where it felt like there was none. Gain perspective, leave with techniques, and a clear sense of your next step.
